John ch 3 verse 16

16 .For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only son that who believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.

17. For God did not send his son into the world to condem the world but to save the world through him.

Phillipians ch 1 verse 19
Yes and I will continue to rejoice for I know that through your prayers and the help given by the spirit of  Jesus Christ what has happened to me will turn out for my deliverance. I eagerly expect and hope that  I will have sufficient courage so that now as always Christ will be exalted in my body whether by life or by death.
